At The Market Nex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. This policy outlines your rights and our process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
2. Your Right to Cancel (UK Law)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s) without giving any reason.

3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In the same condition as received
- Unused and undamaged
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Perishable or hygiene-related products once opened
- Downloadable or digital products
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at time of purchase

5. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Pack the item securely and send it to our returns address
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund
6. Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect — we will cover the return shipping cost
- If you are returning because you changed your mind — return shipping cost is your responsibility
We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

8. Partial Refunds

11. Late or Missing Refunds
